How to Install Capicom Dll for Windows 10

Once downloaded be sure to right click the executable to Run as Administrator. Other instructions in the Download info.

Actually for the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), i need to installing of the CAPICOM.dll , for that i had installed which you(Greg Carmack) had sent me the link. but after this while searching it shows another error like
"
could you please rectify this error.

Ravi, did you restart the PC?
Can you determine which program is requiring these .dll's so you can reinstall it now that you have the enabling framework?

As I discussed with regarding DSC for that they given these steps to be followed ,
1.Type "%systemroot%\SysWoW64\" in the search text box to open system folder
2.Copy the corresponding capicom.dll to following folder "%systemroot%\SysWoW64\"
3.Open the cmd prompt in administrator mode
4. .Goto folder "%systemroot%\SysWoW64" from cmd prompt
5. Run command "regsvr32 capicom.dll"
6.On clicking the 'Enter' button, the successful installation message displays.
among these I am facing the problem with the capicom.dll installation. if you have any alternative please I will let me know about it.
